BEWDLEY, a borough-town of Worcestershire, situated on the river Severn, about twelve miles north of Worcester, in $2^\{\backslash circ\}\; 20\text{'}$ W. long. and $52^\{\backslash circ\}\; 25\text{'}$ N. lat. It sends only one member to parliament.
