CONDOM

CONDOM, the capital of the Condomois, in the province of Gascony, in France, about sixty miles south-east of Bordeaux. It is a bishop's see, and situated in $20^\{\backslash circ\}$ E. long. and $44^\{\backslash circ\}\; 5\text{'}$ N. lat.
