CAMPEN, a port-town, in the province of Overijssel, in the united Netherlands, near the mouth of the river IJssel, about forty-two miles north-east of Amsterdam: E. long. $5^\{\backslash circ\}\; 40\text{'}$, and N. lat. $52^\{\backslash circ\}\; 35\text{'}$.
