CARRICK, the most southerly division of the shire of Ayr in Scotland.

CARRICK on the Sur, a town of Ireland, in the county of Tipperary, and province of Munster, about fourteen miles north-west of Waterford: W. long. 7^{\circ} 24', and N. lat. 52^{\circ} 16'.
