OTHONNA, in botany, a genus of the syngenesia polygamia necessitaria class. The receptacle is naked; it has no pappus; and the calix is somewhat cylindrical, and consists of many leaves. There are seven species, two of them natives of Britain, viz. the palustris, or marsh fleabane; and the integrifolia, or mountain ragwort.
