TURIN, the capital of Piedmont, in Italy, and of the king of Sardinia's dominions, is situated at the confluence of the rivers Po and Doria, 100 miles south-west of Milan: E. long. 7^{\circ} 16', and N. lat. 44^{\circ} 50'.
