BRACHYPYREANIA, in the history of fossils, a
genus of septaria, with a short roundish nucleus *. Brachytelo-styla BRACHYTELOSTYLA, in natural history, the name by which Dr Hill calls those crystals which are composed of a short hexangular column terminated at each end by an hexangular pyramid. See CRYSTAL.
