CIRCEA, ENCHANTER'S NIGHT-SHADE, a genus of the monogynia order belonging to the diandria class of plants. There are two species, one of which is a native of Britain, and the other of Germany. They are low herbaceous plants with white flowers, and possessed of no remarkable property.
