FOWEY, or FOY, a town of Cornwall in England. It is seated on an ascent, is fortified, and its haven well secured with blockhouses. It is a good trading place, and its market well supplied with corn. It sends two members to parliament. W. Long. 5°. N. Lat 50. 27.
