Halo town consists of about 600 pretty good houses, and is situated on a rising ground, but the streets are not paved. The inhabitants are about 4000 in number. Here is a good manufactory of sows, bays, callimancoes, &c. also a good free-school for 40 boys, and a very antique Bridewell.
