MANFREDI (Eustachio), a celebrated mathematician, born at Bologna in 1674, where he was elected mathematical professor in 1698. He was made a member of several academies, and acquired great reputation by his Ephemerides, 4 vols 410, as well as by other works. He died in 1739.
