CARSUGHI (Rainier), a Jesuit, born at Citeria in Tuscany, in 1647, was the author of a Latin poem, entitled, Ars bene scribendi, which is esteemed both for the elegance of the style and for the excellent precepts it contains. He also wrote some good epigrams. He died in 1700.
