MOULINS, a town of France, and capital of Bourbonnois. The houses of the Chartreux, and that of the Visitation, are magnificent. It carries on a considerable trade in cutlery ware, and is situated on the river Allier, in a pleasant fertile plain, almost in the middle of France, 30 miles south of Nevers, and 55 north of Clermont.
