NAVA, (anc. geog.) Tacitus; a river of Belgica, which runs north-east into the left or west side of the Rhine. Now the Nabe, rising at the village Nabeweiler, on the borders of the bishopric of Trier, running through the Lower Palatinate, the duchy of Simmern, by the small town of Bing, into the Rhine.
