VANDALIA, a country in Germany, in the circle of Lower Saxony and duchy of Mecklenburg. It lies between the bishopric and duchy of Schwerin, the lordships of Stocrock and Stargard, Pomerania, and the marquise of Brandenburg; and is 75 miles in length and 7 in breadth. It contains several small lakes, and the principal town is Gustrow.
