INOCULATION, or BUDDING, in Gardening, is commonly practised upon all sorts of stone fruit; as nectarines, peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, as also upon oranges and jasmines: and indeed this is preferable to any sort of grafting for most sorts of fruit.
