CADE Oil, in the Materia Medica, a name given to an oil much in use in some parts of France and Germany. The physicians call it oleum cade, or oleum de cade. This is supposed by some to be the pisseleum of the ancients, but improperly; it is made of the fruit of the oxycedrus, which is called by the people of these places cada.
