CHAPELLIE, CLAUDIUS EMANUEL LULLIER, the natural son of Francis Lullier, took the name of Chapelle from a village between Paris and St Denys, where he was born. He distinguished himself by writing small pieces of poetry, in which he discovered great delicacy.
