BAGNOLAS, a town of Lower Languedoc, now the department of Gard in France, containing 4800 inhabitants. It has a handsome square, and two fountains which rise in the middle of the town; the waters of which, being received in a bason, are conveyed by a canal out of town, and from thence to the lands about it.
