This important art is treated of under the article DYEING in the Encyclopædia, in the third chapter of that article; but as the nature of this species of Printing, and the processes employed in it, require to be more fully examined and described, we shall resume the subject under the same head, or under that of PRINTING, as circumstances may best permit.
