LANDSHUT, a city, the capital of the circle of the same
Landshut name, in the government of Reichenbach, in Prussian Silesia. It stands on the river Boher, at its junction with the Zieder. It is fortified, contains two Catholic and one Lutheran church, 496 houses, and 3658 inhabitants. It is one of the great manufacturing places for Silesian linens.
