DINSLAKEN, a circle in the Prussian province of Westphalia, a part of the ancient duchy of Cleves. It extends over 201 square miles, or 128,640 English acres, and comprehends five cities, one town, and thirty-one villages, with 26,876 inhabitants. The chief place is a town of the same name, situated on the Misine, and containing 1063 inhabitants.
