DONNINGTON, a market-town of the hundred of Kirton, in the county of Lincoln, 106 miles from London, and situated in a fenny district, having a water communication with Boston. The market is on Saturday. The inhabitants amounted in 1801 to 1321, in 1811 to 1528, in 1821 to 1688, and in 1831 to 1759.
