PESCINA, a city of Italy, in the province of Principato Ulteriore II. of the kingdom of Naples. It stands on the north-eastern side of the Lake of Cellano, is the see of a bishop, has a cathedral, with several other churches and monasteries, and contains 4500 inhabitants.
