HETTOWRA, a town of Hindustan, in the Napaul territories, and the centre of all commerce carried on between the Napaul dominions and those of Oude and the Company. It is situated on the Rapti river, and is a miserable village, consisting only of about sixty houses. Long. 85. 22. E. Lat. 27. 14. N.
