BOUZIERS, an arrondissement of the department of the Ardennes, in France, extending over 519 square miles, and comprehending eight cantons and 144 communes, with 56,157 inhabitants. The chief place is the market-town of the same name, on the banks of the river Aisne, which here forms two islands. The inhabitants are only about 1800.
