SUGGOWLY, a town of Hindustan, in the province of Bahar, district of Bettiah. It is situated on the Boora Gunduck river, and it carries on a considerable trade in timber, floated down from the northern hills. Long. 85. 5. E. Lat. 26. 43. N.
