SOUTHAM, a small town of the hundred of Knightlow, in the county of Warwick, eighty-three miles from London. It has little or no trade. The inhabitants amounted in 1801 to 935, in 1811 to 1007, in 1821 to 1161, and in 1831 to 1256.
