BULLINGER, HEINRICH, born at Bremgarten in Switzerland in 1504, was an eminent Zwinglian minister, a great supporter of the Reformation, and employed in many ecclesiastical negotiations. His printed works are very numerous, and many of them were translated into English. They form ten vols. folio. Bullinger died at Zurich in 1575.
