LAMBALLE, a town of France, department of Côtes-du-Nord, on the Gouessant, 12 miles E. by S. of St Brieuc. It is surrounded by old walls; and has manufactures of woollen, linen, leather, &c., and some trade in agricultural produce. Pop. about 4500.
