LEUZE, a manufacturing town of Belgium, province of Hainault, on the Tourmay and Ath Railroad, 12 miles E. of the former. The town is well built, and its streets are clean. It manufactures cotton stuffs, linen, and hosiery; and has breweries, bleaching and dye works. Pop. (1850), 5842.
