in pharmacy: &c. a sort of cere-cloth, called also tela Gualteri, the form whereof is directed as follows. Take of the diapalma plaster, and diachylon with the gums, each one pound; cerus, half a pound; root of oris finely powdered, an ounce and a half. Mix these together; and whilst they are in fusion, dip them in soft worn-out linen-rags, so that they may be covered with the plaster on each side; then take them out, spread them, and let them dry; and smoothe the surfaces with a knife or spatula.
