(Bernardine), an historian born of an illustrious family at Milan, in the year 1460. He was secretary of state to that duchy; and the duke of Lavis Storza appointed him to write the history of Milan. He died in 1500. The best edition of his history is that of 1503, in folio. It is printed in Italian, and is very scarce.
