a town of Ireland, in the county of Antrim and province of Ulster. It was burnt down about 40 years ago; but is now rebuilt in a neat and handsome manner, and has a large linen manufactory. It is seated on the river Lagan, in W. Long. 6° 20'. N. Lat. 54° 31'.
