Ciro Spontoni, who has wrote expressly on metoposcopy, says, that seven lines are examined in the forehead, and that each line is considered as having its particular planet: the first is the line of Saturn, the second of Jupiter, the third of Mars, &c. Metoposcopy is only a branch of physiognomy, which founds its conjectures on all the parts of the body.
