a large river of Poland, which rises in Lithuania, where it passes by Bielica, Grodno, and Konno; it afterwards runs thro' part of Samogitia and Ducal Prussia, where it falls into the lake called the Curish-baff, by several mouths, of which the most northern is called the Ruff, being the name of a town it passes by.
