little cloud, in medicine, a term sometimes used for dilate in the eye, wherein objects appear as through a cloud or mist. The nubecula seems to arise from certain gross particles detained in the pores of the cornea, or swimming in the aqueous humour, and thus intercepting the rays of light.
**Nubecula**, or **Nuber**, is also used for what we otherwise call **albugo**. See **Albugo**.
**Nubecula** is also used for a matter in form of a cloud, suspended in the middle of the urine.
