considerable town of Greece, and capital of a province of the same name in the Morea. The province lies on the western coast: it is the most fertile and rich in all the Morea; and from it the reasins called Belvederei take their name. The town is situated in E. Long. 22° 0'. N. Lat. 38° 5'.
