DREXELLIUS (Jeremiah), a Jesuit celebrated for his piety and writings, was born at Augsburg, and became preacher in ordinary to the elector of Bavaria. He wrote several pious and practical pieces, which have been printed together in two volumes folio; and died in 1638.
