a province of Afa, in Barbary, and in the kingdom of Fez. It is surrounded by the Mediterranean, the Straits of Gibraltar, and the Atlantic Ocean. The principal towns are Arzulla, Tetuan, and Ceuta; which last is in possession of the Spaniards.
