a very beautiful city in Bucharia, supposed to be the same with that which is now called Taibacant, the capital of the eastern part of Turkestan, policed by the Kaffirs. It is situated on the river Sichun, now Sir, and had a well watered garden for every house; but was ruined by Jenghiz Khan, who took the city, and caused a great number of its inhabitants to be massacred.
