a city of Germany, the capital of the palatinate of Bavaria, with a good castle, ramparts, bastions, and deep ditches. It is seated near the confines of Franconia, on the river Wils. Anberg, a lofty mountain of East Gothland in Sweden. Near the Wetter lake on this mountain, antimony has been found. On its top is the burying place of one of the ancient kings of the country. The spot is marked by a flat stone.
