Thomas, an ingenious and learned physician, born at Antwerp in 1566. He went into Italy to study physic under Mercantius and Aldrovandus; and on his return distinguished himself so much in the university of Louvain, that he was there chosen professor of physic, and was afterwards made physician to the duke of Bavaria. He wrote several works, among which were, De viribus imaginationis; and Deformatione factur. He died at Louvain in 1631.
