or DIAHEXAPTE, among farmers, a compound medicine, so called from its containing five ingredients, viz. birthwort and gentian roots, juniper-berries, bay-berries, myrrh, and ivory shavings. It is commended for colds, consumptions, purples, and many other disorders in horses.
