in the eastern language, a celebrated book of the Brachmans, wherein the Indian philosophy and religion are contained. The word in its literal sense denotes the cipher wherein is the water of life. The anbertkend is divided into 50 beths or discourses, each of which consists of 10 chapters. It has been translated from the original Indian into Arabic, under the title of Morai al Maani, q. d. "the marrow of intelligence."
