Said to be called Livias, or Libias, in the Greek manner, by Herod in honour of Livia, (Eusebius, Jerome;) and of the same latitude almost with Jerusalem, (Ptolemy;) called Julia by Josephus, who always calls the Livia of Augustus Julia.
