Count Guid' Ubaldo, an Italian poet, was the son of Count Pietro Bonarelli, minister of the duke of Urbino. He was intrusted with several important negociations, and was esteemed an able politician and learned philosopher. He was the author of a fine Italian pastoral entitled Filii di Sciro. He died at Fano, in 1608, aged 45.
