ICONOLATRÆ, or ICONOLATERS (from εικόνα and λατρεύω, "I worship") or ICONODUDI (from εικόνα and δοῦλος, "I serve") those who worship images: A name which the Iconoclasts give to those of the Roman communion, on account of their adoring images, and of rendering to them the worship only due to God.
