Admensuratio, in Law, a writ which lies for the bringing those to reason, or mediocrity, who usurp more of any thing than their share. This writ lies in two cases; termed,

ADMEASUREMENT of Pasture, Admensuratio pasturae; this lies between those who have common of pastures appendant to their freehold, or common by vicinage, in case any of them surcharge the common with more cattle than they ought.
