island in the Eastern Seas, about twenty miles in circumference, of a rich soil, and of luxuriant aspect. It has a good harbour on the north side, with a bar which admits vessels of fifteen feet water. The island is governed by a rajah dependent on Sooloo. Long. 118° 36'. E. Lat. 7° N.
